A Note From Our Founder
Building from a question.
As a parent, I wanted what most of us want — to give my children every opportunity to thrive. But I also knew that between busy days, different subjects and the realities of family life, supporting their learning wasn’t always simple.
My own experience has been shaped by more than 25 years in business and leadership, where I’ve seen how technology can solve real problems when it is designed around people. I began to wonder what that same thinking could make possible for learning.
SparkQuest grew from that question.
Not to replace teachers, schools or the curriculum, but to build something alongside them — something that helps turn what children need to learn into experiences they can connect with, understand and want to explore.
What began as a parent looking for a better way became a belief that we could build one.

For more than two decades, Anél’s work has centred on a simple but powerful question: how do we create learning experiences that genuinely help people grow?
Her background in Industrial Psychology and Learning & Development has shaped a career focused on designing meaningful learning experiences — bringing together how people think, engage, practise and develop with thoughtful learning design.
At SparkQuest, that experience is being reimagined for a new generation of learners. Her focus is on ensuring that every Quest is more than engaging on the surface: it is intentionally designed to support understanding, build confidence and create meaningful connections between ideas.
Because great learning isn’t simply about presenting information differently. It’s about designing experiences that give learners the confidence and curiosity to keep going.
Learning should do more than deliver knowledge. It should create the desire to discover more.
